A struggle breaks out in Springfield Elementary and classes are suspended because of a teachers strike. However, considering the very poor conditions in which teaching and learning take place, who should participate in the protests? Who has the right to demand a fairer situation? The children are caught in a struggle based on an economy-focused logic. But schools are not enterprises; the aim is not to make a profit… or is it?
