These five theses were originally presented at the First Congress of Mental Health and Human Rights, held at the end of the Argentine military dictatorship 1976-1983. Several of its references are linked to the therapeutic care programs of those affected by State terrorism that were in progress. But on the whole, its postulates remain current, constituting a program of work on issues of mourning, discourse, segregation.
