[marron]Summary[/marron]
The present work approaches especially to the analysis of two specific problems: a) Conflicts between Ethics and Law, Regulations, or other governing legal authority, and b) Conflicts between Ethics and organizational and institutional demands. We are specially interested, since, on one hand, this kind of situations constitute ethical dilemmas that appear in the practice very often and, on the other hand, since in the last years they have taken particular relevancy due to the participation of American psychologists in the prison of Guantanamo and to the dense debates that were provoked in the bosom of the American Psychological Association.
