The field of the identity is questioned by certain events, such as those tied to social and political facts, as well as those related to the technological advances, in such a way that every time it is necessary to think its statute. In this occasion, as one of the topics of interest in the research project: “Ethics and Human rights: Its articulation in the Universal Declaration (Unesco 2005) opposite to the New Dilemmas of the Professional Practice (Part II)”, the ethical questions arisen in relation to the reprogenetic will be approached. The formulation of the examined questions is proposed from an opened discussion in the field of Law expressed in the Preliminary design of reform of the Civil and Commercial Code of the Republic of Argentina, in light of the bioethics/biopolitics and the contributions of the psychoanalysis to think the subjectivity.
